The challenge

Traditional hardware manufacturers usually run on dealer networks and word of mouth, with either no website or a dated one. Both clients needed a credible online presence that (1) looked premium enough to reflect their product quality, (2) showcased their ranges - handles, knobs, locks, fittings - visually, (3) captured trade and project-buyer enquiries directly rather than running a full eCommerce checkout, and (4) performed well on mobile, where most of their traffic lives. The catch: it all had to be delivered without a big-agency budget.

How we engaged

  1. Phase 1

    Discovery & Brand Direction

    We studied each client's product range, audience and competitors to lock the positioning — premium hardware that needed a premium presence. This set the visual direction, site structure and the budget-conscious build plan for both projects.

  2. Phase 2

    Design & Catalogue Structure

    We designed high-end layouts - hero sliders, category grids, product videos and lifestyle galleries - and organized each range into clear categories (cabinet hardware, knobs, main door handles, mortise locks) with individual product pages and SKUs.

  3. Phase 3

    Build on WordPress

    Both sites were built on WordPress + Elementor for fast, cost-efficient delivery and easy in-house editing. We compressed every image to WebP and optimised for mobile-first performance without sacrificing the premium look.

  4. Phase 4

    Conversion & Launch

    We wired the funnels - "Enquire Now" CTAs across Abilo and a Click-to-WhatsApp inquiry form on Yashvi9 - added trust elements (testimonials, FAQ, heritage sections), then launched and handed over fully editable sites.
