The challenge

Faith-based foundations usually run on offline networks and word-of-mouth donations. To grow, this foundation needed a website that (1) felt devotional and trustworthy - essential for moving people to donate, (2) clearly explained its range of seva programs, (3) enabled online giving through campaigns, including urgent and emergency appeals, (4) recruited volunteers, and (5) performed well on mobile, where most of its audience lives - all without a large agency budget.

How we engaged

  1. Phase 1

    Discovery & Trust Strategy

We studied the foundation's mission, seva programs and audience, then defined a devotional, trust-building direction — because for a faith-based NGO, credibility is what converts a visitor into a donor.

  2. Phase 2

    Design & Information Architecture

We designed a warm, faith-led layout and organised the work into a clear structure - six seva initiatives, donation campaigns, impact and volunteering - so nothing important gets lost.

  3. Phase 3

    Build & Donation Funnel

Built on WordPress + Elementor for cost-efficient delivery and easy in-house editing. We set up the Seva Campaigns donation flow, the volunteer sign-up, and the impact and testimonial sections.

  4. Phase 4

    Content, Optimisation & Launch

We added seva imagery, saint blessings, donor recognition and video talks, compressed everything to WebP, optimised for mobile, and launched a fully editable site ready to grow.
